Jessica Jauregui AMFT

Clinician

Hi, I’m Jessica! I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. I have a background in helping survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. As a mother of two, my personal experiences—including navigating birth trauma—have meaningfully shaped my approach to therapy. These experiences inform the compassion and understanding I bring to my work, particularly with clients facing perinatal (pregnancy and postpartum) and trauma-related challenges.

My approach to therapy is rooted in a trauma-informed lens while using a person-centered and narrative approach, while also integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques. I strive to create a space that is compassionate, collaborative, and gently challenging—where you can explore patterns, build insight, and develop tools. I tailor my approach to each individual, honoring your unique story and the strengths you bring into the room.

I work with couples, adults, young adults, teenagers, and children across a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, codependency, and major life transitions. I am also passionate about supporting perinatal clients (pregnancy and postpartum), infertility, and birth trauma, as well as those healing from domestic violence and sexual assault. I have a strong interest in working with first responders and understand the unique stressors, trauma exposure, and cultural dynamics that can come with these roles.
