About the group

Understand your patterns in love

Grounded in attachment theory, this group offers a space for people who want to better understand their patterns in romantic relationships — whether dating, partnered, or reflecting on past relationships. Together we explore themes such as closeness and distance, vulnerability and self-protection, boundaries, conflict, and emotional intimacy.

This group may be a good fit if you notice repeating patterns in romantic relationships, struggle with closeness, boundaries, and fear of abandonment, or feel torn between wanting intimacy and protecting yourself.
