Chloe Johnson AMFT
Clinician
Chloe Johnson, AMFT, works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, disordered eating, identity exploration, self-esteem, and relationship issues. Her approach draws from a psychodynamic framework, integrating mindfulness and somatic awareness to support the mind-body connections and deepen self-understanding.
Chloe is a depth-oriented therapist with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She has experience working with college students at UC Santa Barbara’s Counseling and Psychological Services and with teens and young adults in community mental health settings.
Chloe offers a warm, collaborative space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to heal. Her style is relational and down-to-earth, helping clients explore what’s going on beneath the surface with curiosity and compassion.
Outside of the therapy room, Chloe finds grounding in nature, yoga, watercolor painting, baking, and her cat Otis.
